Work and pricing are agreed before work begins. Package prices cover the described GJM service; parts, shipping and work outside the agreed scope are discussed separately. Additional work requires your approval.

Lessons & scheduling
Lessons are available in person or online. Lesson rates, payment arrangements and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed before booking. To request a schedule change, contact Geoffrey directly.
Tone consultation credit
The $49 Tone Consultation & Blueprint fee is credited toward a Full Tone Transformation installation. Parts and shipping are separate.
Customer-purchased parts
Confirm fit and the parts list with GJM before ordering. You purchase parts directly from the retailer; GJM does not mark up those parts. Retailer return and warranty terms apply to those purchases.
Shipping & installation
Do not ship parts or instruments until delivery arrangements are confirmed. Packing guidance, shipping costs for each leg, and responsibility for loss, damage, incorrect parts and returns are agreed before ordering or shipping. A wired and tested pickguard or assembly does not include installation in your guitar.
